INFORMATION FOR BACKERS OF THE KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN.
Dear backer,
As you know, your reward has been awaiting further shipment at the distribution center of your region. We’re happy to announce that your HEY bracelets will be sent to your shipping address on Thursday, 11 October. The package is mailbox sized, so you don’t have to be at home to sign for the delivery.
Some important information with regards to your reward:
- The HEY app will be ready to download from the App Store and Google Play on the shipping date.
- Keep in mind that for HEY to work properly, a stable internet connection is needed to transmit the touches from one bracelet to the other. Internet can be either Wifi or Data.
- Have your Bluetooth connection enabled at all times.
- Have your notifications turned on at all times.
- Make sure your phone is equipped with the latest iOS or Android software.
Our work doesn’t stop at the delivery of your package, we’re constantly improving your HEY experience. In the coming weeks, you can expect software and app updates, as well as tips and tricks.
You will be prompted with a notification to update your HEY app and/or bracelet when a new software version or update has been released.

Hi backers,
We’re making some last changes to the HEY app. The plan is to launch the app in both the App store (IOS) and Google Play (Android) by the beginning of next week.
After the launch, we will give our distribution partners the green light for shipment of the bracelets and you will receive notification of this.

Members of our team visited the factory in China to perform the final quality check and to do something we've all been so eagerly waiting for: approving production!
Below you'll find some pictures of their visit. And in case you're wondering, all the white bracelet parts are there too, patiently waiting in line to get assembled ;)

This update is meant for customers who pre-ordered a set of HEY bracelets between June 2017 and today.
Dear pre-order customer,
Our latest update "Final call to update your shipping address" has caused some confusion amongst our pre-order customers.
The update was meant for the backers of our Kickstarter campaign only. As mentioned in the update of August 9, pre-order customers will receive a separate update about their shipping timeline in the next couple of weeks. Around that time, pre-order customers will also be asked to check up on their shipping information.

Final call to update your shipping address

We are making preparations for the distribution of your Kickstarter deal.
You have until Saturday, September 1, to update your shipping address. After this date, it's no longer possible to change your address.
